I’m Tim, and I’m a creative director with over a decade of experience creating compelling brands, content and campaigns.
I’ve directed creative on every kind of advertising and content, from digital to TV, social to DM, and even the occasional book. I’ve built products, launched services, and helped create, grow and rethink brands that operate in unique verticals or across the globe (or both). I’ve managed teams of one and teams of twenty.
I believe in giving people things that are worth their time and attention. I love solving problems and engaging people in interesting, creative ways that move them to action. Winning is also nice, and I’m proud that I’ve been part of teams that have won Cannes Lions, Marcom and Epica Awards for creativity, as well as campaign effectiveness honours and a couple of Agency Of The Year gongs from the likes of The Drum and Investment Week.
In my spare time I write 1960s-set spy thrillers. My debut, RED CORONA, won the People’s Book Prize First Time Author Award. My second, A LOYAL TRAITOR, was nominated for the CWA Steel Dagger. My third, A GAME OF DECEIT, was a Financial Times book of the month.
